Laura Jayne Ayres is a puzzle writer and author. She studied Linguistics at the University of Cambridge, UK, and is also a published playwright. Books that she has worked on include: The Whodunnit Puzzle Book, Spydle, The Fantasy Puzzle Book, Meowdle and The Murder Mystery Club Puzzle Book series.

Katie Kear is a British illustrator and has been creating artwork for as long as she can remember. She loves creating new worlds and characters, and hopes to spread joy and happiness with her illustrations! Katie is a graduate of University of Gloucestershire, UK, with a First Class BA Hons Illustration Degree.
