Ozone Therapy in the Neuroinfectious Diabetic Foot From a nursing perspective

The text describes the results of a descriptive, longitudinal and quasi-experimental study with the purpose of determining the effectiveness of the application of ozone in neuroinfectious diabetic foot. The universe, constituted by 235 patients, was divided in two groups, the first one; study with 135 patients who are treated with Ozone by different ways in addition to the conventional treatment of the pathology, and the second one; control group with 100 patients who are applied antibiotic by parenteral and topical way, all coming from the Ozone Therapy Department of the University Hospital "Dr. Celestino Hernández Robau".
