THEORETICAL MODEL OF THE CRIMINAL POLICY TO COUNTER TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS

The monograph was prepared within the framework of the grant project of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the priority: "Scientific foundations of "Mangilik el" (education of the 21st century, fundamental and applied research in the field of the humanities)" and on the topic: "Modeling the policy of counteracting the system of crimes, related to human exploitation in the light of the implementation of international standards by the Republic of Kazakhstan." Modeling is used in relation to various sectors (economic, tax, financial, environmental, legal, including criminal) policy. This paper presents the results of theoretical modeling of a new direction of international and national criminal policy - the policy of combating crime related to human trafficking.
