Hajime Sorayama ist ein weltweit bekannter Illustrator für seine detailgetreuen, erotischen Airbrush-Darstellungen von Frauen und weiblichen Robotern. Er entwarf die weibliche Borg Romulan für die Star Trek-Serie, lieferte Kunst für Terminator, entwarf die erste Generation von Sony AIBO Roboter-Haustieren und war einer von 25 japanischen Künstlern, die von Nike beauftragt wurden, eine Hommage an den White Dunk des Unternehmens zu schaffen.
