This book is a journey into the heart of an Islamic worldview. It precludes easy, prescribed answers, preferring instead thoughtful reflection on two basic questions: What does it mean to love God? What does it mean to be a good person? Carefully crafted responses are presented by a group of scholars from Qur'an Studies, Worldview Studies, Women's Studies, Cultural Studies and Religious Education. Halis Albayrak is Professor of Qur'anic Exigesis at Ankara University, Turkey. 
 
Mualla Selçuk is Professor of Theology and Director of the Continuing Education Center at  Ankara University, Turkey.   She is former Dean of the Faculty of Divinity, and former member of the Religious High Council for the Presidency of Religious Affairs and General Director of Religious Education at Ministry of Education, Turkeyy.
