Informationen zum Autor Lawrence A. Cunningham is the Henry St George Tucker III Research Professor at George Washington University Law School. He has been a professor of law and business for more than twenty years at Boston College, Massachusetts, George Washington University, and Yeshiva University, New York. He is the author of The Essays of Warren Buffett: Lessons for Corporate America (2013) and editor from 1994 to 2001 of the leading treatise on contract law, Corbin on Contracts.
