Informationen zum Autor Richard J. Terrill is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Criminal Justice at Georgia State University. His major research interests include comparative criminal justice, the history of criminal justice, civilian oversight of law enforcement, and the organization and management of criminal justice. Terrill was a past editor of the Criminal Justice Review and the founding editor of the International Criminal Justice Review .
