Franz Keggenhoff war von 1980 bis 2000 Lehrbeauftragter für das Deutsche Rote Kreuz. Er ist jetzt im DRK-Landesverband Westfalen-Lippe Leiter des Referates Erste Hilfe/Breitenausbildung und des Lehrinstitutes der DRK-Landesschule in Münster. Franz Keggenhoff ist Autor mehrerer Standardwerke zum Thema 'erste Hilfe'.
