Writing Practice Workbook

This workbook provides over 200 pages of ideas for writing practice, starting with sentences, progressing to paragraphs, and finally offering a variety of composition topics. The sentence and paragraph exercises are organised into themes, such as animals, transport and sports, while the composition exercises give practice in narrative, descriptive, informative and persuasive essays. Plenty of space is provided for each exercise, so that students can keep a record, in one handy book, of all the writing performed over a period of time. The book can be shared by several family members, (making a wonderful family memento), with the younger children working on their sentences and paragraphs, while the older ones practise their compositions. Alternatively, the workbook can be used by ESL students of all ages and stages who wish to improve their written English through regular writing practice.
