Conflicts are necessary and indispensable stages in people's personal and professional development. There is no such thing as living together without conflicts, even if some people believe they can avoid them altogether. Conflicts arise from a variety of inconsistencies, misunderstandings, problems and emotions. This book presents an innovative training concept for conflict management in organisations. It is based on elements of the martial art Taekwondo and psychomotor skills. The aim is to convey to the reader the dynamic interplay between active sensory learning through the body and its social expression, and the current findings of conflict research, in order to develop new approaches to resolving interpersonal conflicts.
