Portland resident Lizann Dunegan is a freelance writer and photographer specializing in writing outdoor guidebooks and travel articles on the Pacific Northwest. For over ten years, she has been mountain biking in Oregon and is often accompanied by her partner Ken Skeen and two border collies.
