Talbot County

Situated on the Eastern Shore of Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay, Talbot County, with its many rivers, creeks, inlets, and islands, boasts 600 miles of scenic shoreline. About the author

Author R. Jerry Keiser is the former Maryland Room librarian of the Talbot County Free Library, and his colleague, Barbara Thompson Lewis, is a lifelong resident of Talbot County who is an expert on the history of the Delmarva Peninsula.
