This book provides complete solutions for edentulous patients using different types of fixed prostheses. Implant supported Fixed Restoration (ISFR) are completely implant supported with no transfer of load to denture bearing areas, thus avoiding the possibility of further resorption associated with implant overdenture. About the author
Yasemin Kulak Özkan completed her postgraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1987 and became a research assistant at the Department of Prosthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry in the same year. She received the title of Associate Professor in 1996 and Professor in 2001. She served as Vice Dean between 2004-2007 and Dean between 2014-2024. Yasemin Özkan has been the President of the Turkish Prosthodontics and Implantology Association (TPID) since 2014. She currently works as a Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry. She has published more than 100 articles in renowned journals and is a member of the editorial board.
