About the author

Axel Bark is a attorney of Law and Political Scientist. He studied Law and Political Science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and is a former student of Eric Voegelin.

Harald Bergbauer, Dr., is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management) and a research assistant at the University of Bern, Zurich. Previously, he worked for over 20 years at the Munich School of Public Policy at the Technical University of Munich.
