In January 2018, Randall Keith Beane was railroaded into a trial in the Eastern District Court of Tennessee. Though hardly a hardened criminal-his crime being more of the white collar variety- Randy was found guilty and sentenced to thirteen years in prison. All this came about because he committed the cardinal sin of going up against the Federal Reserve by accessing an account which existed under his name and social security number. The case was fraught with enough corruption on the part of the prosecution to declare the verdict unconstitutional, and thereby void. Nevertheless, Randy remains in custody.
