Complex Systems in Sport

Die Evaluation der ersten Interkulturellen Waldorfschule in einem sozialen Brennpunkt Mannheims zeigt zum einen, wie das aktuelle Problem der schulischen Integration von Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund aus dem Ansatz der Waldorfpädagogik angegangen wird. Zum anderen deuten die empirischen Ergebnisse auf die Wirksamkeit dieses Ansatzes insbesondere für die sprachliche und soziale Integration hin. Dabei ergeben sich zahlreiche Anregungen und praktische Hinweise für die Integrationsbemühungen der öffentlichen Schulen und viele Aspekte, die auch für die wissenschaftliche Diskussion relevant sind.
