Nanochasticy serebra, sintezirowannye iz spirtowogo äxtrakta Antioxidanty, summarnye fenoly i harakteristika

V dannoj rabote prowedena besprecedentnaq ocenka himicheskogo profilq i antioxidantnoj aktiwnosti serebrqnyh nanochastic (AgNPs), sintezirowannyh iz spirtowogo äxtrakta (SPJe) semqn Passiflora edulis Sims. Spirtowoj äxtrakt poluchali metodom holodnoj maceracii, a himicheskie komponenty identificirowali metodom VJeZhH-MS. Sintez AgNPs prowodili metodom wosstanowleniq Ag+ iz AgNO3 s ispol'zowaniem GS. Himicheskij profil' AgNPs opredelqli metodom UV-Vis spektrofotometrii, a razmer chastic - metodom DLS. Antioxidantnuü aktiwnost' oceniwali metodom obescwechiwaniq radikala ABTS. Osnownym komponentom GJe byl genistein (52,28%). Maximum polosy SPR raspolagalsq pri 390 nm, chto ukazywaet na harakternyj pik AgNPs. Nailuchshij pokazatel' CI50 9,23 mg L-1 po antioxidantnoj aktiwnosti byl poluchen dlq AgNP pH 4. Dannoe issledowanie pozwolilo poluchit' besprecedentnye rezul'taty dlq AgNP iz Passiflora edulis, dokazaw ih äffektiwnost' po aktiwnosti, a takzhe prodemonstrirowaw wliqnie pH w ätih preparatah.
