Michael J. Marquardt is Professor Emeritus of Human and Organizational Learning at George Washington University. He is the author of 27 books on the topics of leadership, global teams and action learning. Bob Tiede is CEO of leadingwithquestions.com, a blog followed by leaders in more than 190 countries. He serves on the U.S. Leadership Development Team for Cru, an international parachurch organization. Bob is the author of five popular books including Great Leaders Ask Questions.
