Jannatul Ferdous is serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Public Administration, Comilla University, Bangladesh. Her research interest includes gender and development.  Ali Ajgor is a Masters' (M.S.S) student Department of Public Administration, Comilla University, Bangladesh. He received his B.S.S degree with the first position.
