David Fiorucci (*1968) hat über zwanzig Jahre Führungserfahrung mit Teams sowohl in KMUs als auch in grossen Schweizer und internationalen Firmen. Er hat LP3 erfunden und bei Firmen wie der Schweizerischen Post, bei Swiss Life, bei ebi-pharm ag und anderen bereits umgesetzt. Er ist CEO der LP3 AG und Mitglied im Beirat der Schweizerischen Vereinigung für Führungsausbildungen (SVF).Thomas Nast (*1961), Inhaber der «thomkomm.ch», arbeitet als Mediator, Speaker und als LP³-Leadership-Trainer sowie als Coach unter anderem bei den ETH Almuni Career Services in
Zürich. Er war Begründer und Leiter einer Marketingagentur, Dozent an der Privaten Hochschule Wirtschaft (phw) und an der Hochschule für Agrar-, Forst- und Lebensmittelwissenschaften HAFL.
Summary
LP³ is a simple, easy-to-grasp leadership model, covering so-called “soft” factors in a structured, transparent way. It is centred on a common language and shared understanding of leadership. The aim is to enable people to apply sustainable economic principles in their business and treat those around them with confidence, respect and clarity. Taking practical examples, David Fiorucci and Thomas Nast show how successful leadership, self-reflection and the right attitude are interconnected. The model applies at both the individual level, in terms of personal development, and that of the team or company.
