Diese letztere Bestimmung hat einen äußerst problematischen Wert, indem der zur zweiten Ehe geschrittene Reichsverweser bezw. Vormund des minderjährigen Thronfolgers, falls er dieses Amt bis dahin gut verwaltet hatte, nach seinem Rücktritt durch einen weniger geeigneten Nachfolger ersetzt und so gerade das Gegenteil des mit dieser Bestimmung verfolgten Zweckes erreicht werden könnte.
