Nella mia trattazione delle società. Ed associazioni commer ciali integrerò, dunque, come di dovere, le norme contenute nel Codice di commercio con quelle che il legislatore commerciale presuppone e che sono contenute nel Codice civile; e da queste ultime dovrò, anzi, necessariamente prender le mosse, come quelle che costituiscono, come ho dichiarato, il necessario fondamento delle altre.
