About the author

Parimal Kumar Roy working as Faculty member in Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre that is an apex training institute and centre of excellence in Bangladesh. He Completed Hon's and Masters in Anthropology from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. Later he Completed MBA from BOU. He has varsatile job experiences.
