MY FIRST YOGA ABC

My First Yoga ABC is a sturdy board book to help children learn, not only the alphabet, but some simple yoga poses as well. Each page has block letters of the alphabet, with a corresponding yoga pose. For instance, Aa is for Airplane posture. Young children will delight in practicing yoga while learning their ABCs!

About the author

Teresa Anne Power is an internationally recognized yoga expert and author of two award-winning series, Little Mouse Adventures and the ABCs of Yoga for Kids. Her mission is to share strategies and tips to help children, parents, and educators enrich their lives and manage stress. Teresa has been featured on Good Morning America, in Parenting and Reader's Digest, and on Fox 11 Los Angeles, Telemundo, CBS Los Angeles, and other media outlets. She is also the founder of International Kids' Yoga Day, a free celebration of yoga that takes place every April.
