Die vorliegende Evaluationsstudie untersucht erstmals das Zusammenspiel von Führungsentwicklung und Intergruppenkontakt. Dabei bezieht sich die Autorin auf ein konkretes deutsch-israelisches Führungsentwicklungs- und Begegnungsprogramm, das einen doppelten Zielfokus verfolgt: "Developing leadership. Connecting societies". Führungsentwicklung, der Kontakt zwischen Gruppen und ihr Zusammenspiel werden sowohl theoretisch eingebettet als auch mit einem längsschnittlichen Mixed-Methods-Design empirisch untersucht.

Dr. phil. Silja Kotte (Dipl.-Psych., Supervisorin DGSv) ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Universität Kassel, Institut für Psychologie, Fachgebiet Theorie und Methodik der Beratung. Sie forscht und lehrt zu Führung, Coaching/Supervision und Gruppenprozessen. Zuvor war sie mehrere Jahre als Personalentwicklerin in der Industrie tätig.
