Excerpt from Popular Opinions on Parliamentary Reform, Considered, Vol. 5

The great excitement prevailing throughout the nation upon the subject of Parliamentary Reform, must attract the most anxious attention, in every one alive to the importance of the question. Before I attempt to enter into the momentous question itself, some remarks upon the nature, and temper of this sudden, and strong feeling is an important preliminary.
