About the author

Johannes Angerer, 1966, Partner of IDENTITÄTER and wortwelt. Angerer established the international Group communications at Gebrüder Weiss and managed it for 12 years. Looking to Combine communication and Organisation development, he came uppon IDENTITÄTER in 2008 and worked extensively with Corporate Heritage at the firm. Martin Baur, 1944, actually wanted to pursue a stage career playing New Orleans jazz on his clarinet. However, he also inherited a Passion for Technology from his father and so became an engineer. He studied Business Administration, then high-frequency Engineering at the same college as his father, Josef. Martin Baur was CEO of the Company from 1976 to 2009. This enthusiastic engineer has published many papers on testing and measurement Technology. In 2011, he registered a patent for a new method for testing insulating materials. Martin continues to be active as a Consultant in several Standard committies worldwide. Valentine Baur, 1950; grew up in South Tyrol. This school teacher met Martin Baur in early 1970 and soon moved to Vorarlberg. They married in 1974. Although she Held no operational post in the company for many years, the company was always "part of the Family" for her. For employees and Business Partners, she was and is the "goog fairy" in the background. From 2003 to 2009 she worked actively on the management team.
