About the author

Kyle Elizabeth Blanchfield is adjunct assistant professor in the Graduate Educational Leadership Program at St. Lawrence University and founder and executive director of the Northern New York Centers for Conflict Resolution.Peter D. Ladd is coordinator of the Mental Health Counseling Program and tenured faculty member at St. Lawrence University.
