The year 1970 belongs to a different country - they do things differently there. When five female students rent a Victorian terrace, they sense a cold patch on the stairs. Does it belong to a disapproving ghost called Maud, or is it a product of their imaginations and their growing disappointment with the so called sexual revolution? This bitter-sweet comedy explores the struggle to be free which the post-pill generation went through, haunted by the thin, repressive voices of a less permissive age.
