Informationen zum Autor AS Bhalla is a former Fellow, Sidney Sussex College Cambridge, UK . Previously he was Special Adviser to the President of International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Ottawa, Canada; Hallsworth Professorial Fellow, Manchester University.
