Have you ever wondered what it feels like to stand face-to-face with a mountain gorilla, or to share a midnight drink with Jane Goodall after an unforgettable day in the wild?
In Tales from the Ends of the Earth, acclaimed wildlife photographer and musician Todd Gustafson takes you on an extraordinary journey across Africa and beyond. From the vast plains of the Serengeti to the rugged deserts of Namibia, his stories bring you inside the adventures that shaped his award-winning photographs and PBS documentaries. You will witness leopard cubs performing their final farewell dance, honey badgers taking on impossible battles, and wildebeest giving birth in the middle of the great migration.
Along the way, Gustafson reveals the humor, danger, and wonder of life in the wild. His encounters with legendary conservationists and his behind-the-scenes accounts of music, film, and photography remind us why these stories matter.
If you are ready to experience the thrill of the natural world and the heart of true adventure, open these pages and journey to the ends of the Earth.
