Spinel ferrites are metal oxides with a spinel structure and the general chemical formula AB2O4. Thanks to their unique and remarkable properties, magnetic and dielectric nanocrystalline materials have attracted the attention of many fields, including physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, materials science and engineering. In this research work, we have explored two main lines of investigation. The first concerns an in-depth study of the thermal, structural, electrical, thermodynamic and dielectric properties of spinel compounds synthesized under different annealing temperatures for various applications. The aim of this study is to examine how varying the annealing temperature modifies the microstructure, grain size and, consequently, the functional properties of ferrites, with a view to developing these materials for microwave and microwave applications. The second line of research focuses on the importance of elemental substitutions of Co and Cr ions in the Li-Fe ferrite system to optimize the physical properties of this compound.
