Marijan Jozic has been involved in avionics engineering and maintenance for over 40 years. He has held a variety of roles, from Test Equipment Calibration and Maintenance Engineer, Systems Engineer, to Product and Program Manager.

Marijan Jozic has worked in avionics engineering and maintenance for more than 40 years. He began his career with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in 1980. During his career at KLM Engineering, he was Project Manager for several avionics fleet-wide projects, Program Manager for fleet-wide avionics projects, and all modification programs for the KLM fleet. Marijan was awarded the Volare Award at the Avionics Maintenance Conference in 2004. He was nominated twice for the Aerospace Journalist of the Year award in the avionics category. At KLM, Marijan and his avionics engineering group received the Total Quality Performance award for the Avionics Master Plan Project. Marijan served as chairman of the AMC for 7 years. In 2017, Marijan received the Roger S. Goldberg Award for endless passion for avionics maintenance. Marijan also received the "Man of the Decade Award." Currently, Marijan serves as Director of European Operation at OctonX. OctonX is the official affiliate of SAE ITC, representing SAE ITC in Europe.
