Ensuring Effective Liberian Organizations through Action Research

Why are Liberian organizations in the diaspora hamstrung by problems to the point where most of these organizations often fail to achieve their goals and objectives? This is the overarching question that the action research reported in this book tried to address. It is my ardent hope that this book will provide a bird's-eye view of the problems undermining most Liberian organizations and preventing them from providing the services they were established to provide to their rank and file.

Dr. Foeday is an advocate of effective organizational management and leadership. He believes in community organizing with focus on community empowerment and development. His interests, including his research focus, include but not limited to good governance, nonviolence, and social justice issues. He's married with four daughters and a son.
