Amanda Gabbert is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Energy Healer, who struggled with toxicity in her own life. After multiple supplements alternative therapies and other holistic avenues, Amanda realized that her experience was something others deal with on a regular basis, often times unknowingly. She created The Damn Detox as a way to offer emotional support, as well as tools that encourage physical health and vitality. In the process, she explains what she encourages in her own energy healing and coaching clients, and how these suggestions can support healing of a larger scale.
