From the reviews:
“The strength of this book is that each chapter is lavishly illustrated with high quality photomicrographs illustrating histopathology, photographs of CT and MRI scans, and intra-operative photographs etc … . The whole book can be read in one or two sittings and would provide a very good basis for learning about inner ear diseases and an excellent revision resource for those sitting the intercollegiate examination. Overall this is a very useful book, and I can certainly recommend it … .” (Gerard Reilly, ENT & Audiology News, 2013)
“This most unusual and concise book is essentially an atlas of histological and radiological slides depicting all of the major pathological processes affecting the inner ear. … an exceedingly useful and interesting book that I would heartily recommend for otology trainees and practitioners who require a visual understanding of the pathological process of conditions of the inner ear. … the text is concise, highly readable, accurate, and surprisingly detailed in its application to the excellent accompanying histological and radiological images.” (Adam Frosh, Journal of the American Medical Association, February, 2011)
