Excerpt from The Oregon Blue Sky Law as Amended by Chapter 324 of the General Laws of Oregon for 1915, Enacted by the Twenty-Eighth Legislative Assembly: Effective May 22, 1915
This pamphlet has been prepared to meet the demand already manifested for copies of the Blue Sky Law as amended by the 1915 Legislature.
In order that the entire statute as it will stand effective on and after May 22, 1915, may be read together, the amend ments, of Chapter 324, General Laws of 1915, and the unamended sections of the original Act, Chapter 341, General Laws for 1913, have been compiled so that the entire Blue Sky Law in its amended form, is found in the following pages.
