Tremper Longman III is Robert H. Gundry Professor of Biblical Studies at Westmont College. He is the author or coauthor of over twenty books, including volumes on Genesis, Exodus, Psalms and Proverbs in the How to Read series and Job in the Baker Commentary on the Old Testament Wisdom and Prophets.

John H. Walton (PhD, Hebrew Union College) is professor of Old Testament, emeritus, at Wheaton College and Graduate School. His many books include The Lost World of Genesis One and Wisdom for Faithful Reading.
