Another chapter summarizes the common elements found necessary to succeed as a team member. The concept of the librarian carrying information to people before they know they need it is entrancing, and this is the best book yet on the subject. Neway's 23-page bibliography of over 300 items is indeed comprehensive, and she cites from these sources constantly. The book is well written and will appeal to a wide audience.?-Library Journal
