Informationen zum Autor NANCY L. RHODEN earned her doctorate from Princeton University in 1994, she is currently Assistant Professor of History at the University of Southern Indiana. She is co-editor and contributor to The Human Tradition in Colonial America and The Human Tradition in the American Revolution. Klappentext This study describes the diverse experiences and political opinions of the colonial Anglican clergy during the American Revolution. As an intercolonial study, it depicts regional variations, but also the full range of ministerial responses including loyalism, neutrality, and patriotism.
