Description

Brain dead after a fight with CIA agent Eric Mathews (Robert Ginty), Middle Eastern terrorist Samira (Sandahl Bergman) is remade into a cybernetic soldier, designed to do the Company's dirty work. But Samira goes rogue when she begins to remember who she really is, and now it's up to Mathews to take down the deadly cyborg once and for all.
