• Can clothing which has already been worn and washed be returned?

  For hygiene and other reasons we unfortunately cannot accept the return of worn or washed clothing.

• Why does it sometimes take a long time before I receive an item I have ordered?

  Unfortunately, there are often stock shortages at our suppliers, and in some instances reproduction also delays delivery.
