About the author

Eduardo Tomé is an active researcher and teacher in the domain of the economics of human resources at the University of Lusófona in Lisbon, Portugal. He is a member of the GOVCOPP Research Center at the University de Aveiro and the Intrepid Center at UTAD, Portugal. He has published numerous journal articles and book chapters and organized many conferences in the field of economics. His main scientific interest is in intangible analysis, linked with human resource development, knowledge management, intellectual capital, and social policy.
