Informationen zum Autor KOEN HEIMERIKS is Assistant Professor of Strategy at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research centers around intra-firm experiential and deliberate learning and capability development processes in alliances and mergers and acquisitions. His work has been awarded the Sumantra Ghoshal Research& Practice Award at the Academy of Management as well as various international teaching prices. In addition, he consulted for and worked with various multinationals on issues of successful cooperation and integration.
