About the author

Yvette Lisa Ndlovu (BA, MFA) is a Zimbabwean sarungano and the Newhouse Visiting Assistant Professor at Wellesley College. She has taught at UMass, Clarion West, and the Juniper Institute. Author of award-winning short story collection Drinking from Graveyard Wells, her work has earned support from top writing scholarships and fellowships.Chinelo Onwualu is a Nigerian writer and editor living in Toronto. She’s the nonfiction editor of Anathema Magazine, and co-founder of Omenana, a magazine of African Speculative Fiction. Her writing has featured in publications such as Slate, Uncanny, and Strange Horizons and she has been nominated for several awards.
