The Women of the Thousand Programme aims to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of women in situations of social vulnerability through vocational training. The general aim of this research is to verify the social capital, integration into the labour market and entrepreneurial practices of female students graduating from the Women of the Thousand programme at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão, Imperatriz campus. The research is descriptive, with a quantitative approach, data collection and case study design.

Bachelor's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Tocantins (2005). Currently Public Administrator at the Federal Institute of Maranhão. Currently Director of Planning and Management at IFMA/Campus Grajaú.
