Rice is the most widely consumed cereal in Brazil and is a staple food on the tables of most of the population. The aim of this study was to evaluate upland rice genotypes collected in the Vale do Ribeira region of São Paulo in terms of their reproductive structures, productivity, grain quality and the richness of their nutritional content. The genotypes were planted, evaluated and characterised at the Experimental Farm of the São Paulo State University, Experimental Campus of Registro.

She is currently a scientific intern with a Pibic scholarship at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, in the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences in Botucatu. She has experience in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Matology and Agriculture, working mainly on the following subjects: development, production and genotypes.
