Ruthie Rogers is the cofounder of The River Cafe in London and an award-winning chef. She is also the host of the podcast Ruthie’s Table 4 and the author/coauthor of thirteen cookbooks, including The River Cafe Cookbook, River Cafe 30, and The River Cafe Look Book.
