Richard Clark is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame. His research has been published in numerous outlets, including the American Journal of Political Science, International Organization, and the Journal of Politics. He has received several awards, including Best Dissertation in International Collaboration from APSA, Best Paper in International Organization from ISA, and Best Paper in International Relations from MPSA.
