Liliane Moreira de Oliveira has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Rights and Collective Health from the Methodist University Centre - IPA in Porto Alegre/RS. She is trained in Group Coordination, has knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies and Brazilian Sign Language (Libras).
